Background: TX/RX Company was establshed in January 1990 as a partnership between John J. Kochan and John P. Kochan to provide tower services to the Cellular Telephone Industry. They are strategically located in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania, one mile off I-81 and 10 miles South of Wilkes-Barre, PA and 9 miles north of the intersection of I-81 and I-80. In July 1997 TX/RX Company was incorporated and today is referred to as TX/RX Co. Inc. Our business status has changed but our mission remains the same.
